Decided to get red of the long red bar across my trunklid but instead of piating everything but the circles, i decided to paint it to mimic the bezel...left the bowtie so it wouldnt look too bland...i do need to redo the clear, but other than that, opinions?
Looks good, but IMO it would look even better without the bowtie, dealer's decal and Cavalier nameplate.
I'd paint the bowtie, and yea wetsand the clear too so it shines nice and i say ur all set
Just make sure it's glossy as possible, def. don't want any flat black on there.
I plan on doing this today. The only things that I do not plan on painting is the bowtie, and the circles where the lights are, everything else will be painted.

i think you should take the bowtie off and deff reclear
i wanna get my tails painted too.
id get rid of the bowtie and just leave the reverse light unpaintied.
