Right now i'm in the process of heating up the lenses to take them off, but i've had no success whatsoever.
is it bad to rotate the headlight at the halfway point or do i just have to let it sit for the entire 6 minutes?
these directions suck.

i didnt know you were having any problems.
everytime i do it, and try to keep the stock lens, i pre-heat the oven to 300-350'.
place the healight in there for about 3-4 minutes.
i then take a screwdriver and pry all the way around.
you may take some of the edge off if you are trying to keep you stock lens, so be careful.
now if you want to have your housing perfect, you may want to heat the lens up till it is frosted, warped, and no good. but, the lens will pull right off with out any problems with the housing. everything i have said is on the paper i sent out. but if you are still having problems, just let me know buddy.

well what if i dont give a @!#$ about those stupid ass stock lenses, can i smash them with a hammer? or do i have to do the heating method
and you say to leave them in until the lens is frosted?
theoretically you could dremel the inner part of the lens out, then heat it up and it will be easier to pull the lens off if you have a kind of 'handle' to pull on

yes sir. you can leave the headlight in the oven for like 10 mins. if you want. you will see that the lens gets yellow, frosted/cloudy, warped. when you see this, it will peel right off.

okay i got it in for 9 minutes and i pulled it out and started workin it good with the flathead, i busted off a couple good parts of that lip where i silicone, what should i do?
