First Week after i meet her: Spring Springs, 17 inch wheels, Headers, Dual Exhuast
Then on to: Front Street Fighter, with Hood, Fenders, Projectors, Clears, CAI, RSM TB, RSM Intake Manifold, M3 Mirrors, 18s, Altezzas, and the Engine Goes Boom!
Current: Start of Lambo Doors, Shaving of Door Handles, Locks, and Gas Door, Door poppers, Suicide Rears, and a few other things, getting ready for body kit and fenders, Mold in Head Lights and Tail Lights.
After that will be adding 19s and Air Ride. Anyone know the offset on width that will allow it to drop 19s in the fender with air?
This will most likely get moved to Photos & Media, but its a great looking start.

I thoght the same thing when I walked in. But what it is the fender well plastics are loose and hanging so they are way off place and more or less leaning into the Hinge. These are the autoloc hinges, so I hope they work out well. Freaking things are real think and HEAVY! But I was wanting the 90 degree lit and they told us that these would do that for me.
Thanks for the positive responces guys.
is that the autoloc kit?? i thought those were universal
many changes in the making
my favorite part about doing bodywork,.......... bondo bugers
Arnjolt wrote:ugly hood... why put on a front bumper and no side skirts or rear bumper? It doesn't line up. It's a start...
No that was on the second attempt at modding it. I had just put on the front bumper and hood and fenders on the first weekend.....before the following weekend to put the sides and rear on the engine went out on the car. So the car sat in my garage for almost a year and a half until we decided to just redo everything.

Yes they are the autoloc hinges and are universal. Just means they arnt just a bolt in kit for the most part. Alot of lining up before drilliing, but man they are nice hinges!
In the pics it looks like the hinges are on the wrong sides ??? Looks like there upside down.

Ummm then I guess the doors wouldnt flip upwards at all, but seem to open perfectly........hmmmm guess you need to flip your computer screen over to get it to look right.....
i think hes right.... have u tried opening them with the fenders on?
yeah looks like their on wrong man.

ONLY reason I'm doing this is because you responded like a AS% ! If you look your doors will never open, you have the hinges on the wrong sides. Heres a pic from autolocs website. Hope you didnt weld anything yet
for all @sses out there... this is why you shouldn't be one... people like ecotecpower will put it right in your face!
i think it comes as a second nature to him
then again....
>LoL< @ 2 all the asses? Put it in my face? Yea ok. He has nothing to put in my face. Go to work lil one.
Ozzie stop being pissy and watch you Spurs get knocked out the playoffs. Just be ready to buy the food!
i do gotta say that they appear to be on wrong man, Ive installed them before and that seems way wrong. Good luck with your car but when people try to help dont get mad at them thats just silly.
And yet you still come across as a as*. I'm just tryin to save you some headaches of having to swap the hinges after you have them all fitted and mounted. With the way you have them once you mount the struts the door will either shoot to the floor when you open it or you'll be compressing the shock's when you open it. There supposed to extend when you open the door. Good luck either way
damn it Uncivilized R.T....
let me go cry in the corner again...hope it all works out the way you say it will regardless..

Dude I was just messing with you on the Upside down thing and the moniter flipping. I have no clue how the hell these things work at all. That is why I am having a shop do it. Actually I asked the shop owner when I went up there the next day and he told me you was right about that and that he had a new guy messing around with the car to practice or something and that only one bolt was holding the hinge in to the door and nothing was permanant.
I wasnt refering to you when I said asses. I just like how no one saw the sarcasm and just jumped to call me an ass and I was wrong and this and that. Guess Imma have tot start using these cool smiley faces as to let people understand when I am joking huh?
BTW: thanks for the heads up Eco and i hope you didnt think I was talking @!#$ to u. I am new to body mods as I have only built up my previous cars under the hood and the systems.
Heh, everyone is so quick to jump on the "your an @$$" bandwagon...
Great start on the car though!
Hi
