How to have fun with a GM parts guy:
1. Go to a GM parts desk
2. Order part number 22649423. If they ask what it is, say "it's a surprise!"
3. Wait a few days til your part comes in (don't worry, it's relatively cheap)
4. Go check out the look on the face of the parts guy you ordered the part from when they bring it out.
Hint: it's a badge. Free Canadian beer* to the first person to post a pic of it here
...j
* Must be of legal drinking age in your country
I know what it is, but I don't have it in hand, or even a pic of it...
Do I still get something if I'm the first to answer with what it is?
not the exact badge but a red toyo symbol
*runs out the door with a piece of dental floss to find the nearest Toyota...
only because lenko is trustworthy. i'll wait for my beer, and post pics when i get it.
Will this work in the states? If so that's nice, a red yota symbol.
it was fun when i ordered the trunk carpet, guy was like toyota cavalier!?
APC: Autozone Playas Club
does anyone get laughed at when they tell people a toyota cavalier. ive had a few people tell me im a liar and i have no clue what im talking about. but in acctualty they are the tard. haha
^ exactly
STREET ANTIX, it's coming...
Can any one explain why I see a G on the end of the one emblem..
It was one of the trim packages that the Toyota Cavalier came in.
cool now I need to find out what was available in that particular trim package..
Any ideas or hints. Chime in lenko!!
So... what if someone actually ordered that part...
Well No one answered my question....I'll go see about it on Friday but I want to know if it will work in the states... I like that emblem.!!!
i work at a dealership and was working on a colorado, had to order a new hood release cable and it arrived in a boxed marked with a yota symbol and said toyota parts. i thought it was weird gm didnt even try to hid it one bit
That number is the chrome badge... not the red one. It'll work anywhere you can order GM parts... Canada... USA... Mexico... it'll be coming from the Lansing, Michigan warehouse.
And it'll be in a GM parts baggie
what no comments on my parts john
kinda off topic but i seen the red bages on ebay a bit back.. how the hell do u acuire them? lol

I have all of those too
I just need the 2.4 one... dunno if they made that in red tho.
I don't have the parts numbers for the red/black ones... but I managed to buy a set... every now and then you see them on Ebay.... maybe I should re-sell mine... heh...
For $20, ill pass on screwing with them for now. But would be fun it keep in the bag for about 60 years and sell it at auction.
