I BET IT IS FUSOR 147 AS THE MOST PEOPLE SAID IT ! TO MOLD IT ! PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND I WILL BEING SO PLEASURE FOR YOUR PATIENTS
THAT IS EASY ANSWER PLEASE HELP ME !
either fusor 147 or 3M body panel adhesive
ive heard better things about the 3M
why would u want to cut the side skirts. If they are really the Pure Drift Urethane i wouldn't do that. Those are rare and you can get a pretty penny for em!
Because i like the molding on the cavalier the only best for cavalier i not like too much dectory on the side but thanks for your idea but i m not sure about it yet i m stilling think !
if you're going to do it, id suggest selling the urethane ones, and buy them in fiberglass. you can prolly make some money on the deal with the same outcome
What everyone said. Sell the urethane ones and mold in the fiberglass ones. It will be alot easier anyways to mold in fiberglass than to mold urethane.
^^Not to mention u'd be destroyin something no longer in production as one more closer to extinction
and i would take them off your hand but ur all the way in canada and im in PA
Yeah That's very true by the way but only one thing i hate about fiberglass is so easier to crack and urethane not because i got air on my Z24 so that s my point ! Also i got fiberglass drift front bumper it goin so well ! that s mean i can t use see-saw i not use them as often it is get boring for me but i most use front up n front down, and back up n back down also side n side. I will think about it yet ! if u got any picture show me i will being so pleasure and thanks for all your help! THUMB UP !
I am on air also with a full fiberglass drift kit. Not one major huge nasty crack in it. Got tiny little stress cracks but not from the air ride.
It is fully up to you what you wanna do. I think that if you are worried about the fiberglass kit cracking cause of being on air then you should definately not mold the urethane skirts onto the car. The weak link will be the mold job. One nice hit against the ground and you will see it crack along your mold job. I have hit it pretty hard against the ground before I painted the car again and it never showed signs of breaking on the mold. I also riveted the hell out of my skirts to the quarter panel LOL.
Yeh, there is a Celica around here with a molded kit and air and i thought it was badass and went over to talk to him and once i got closer the sides and front mold job were cracked.. woulda looked better to see the body lines then all the line that came from the crack.. I say go with fiberglass tho.. atleast sides.. cuz itll be easier to mold and easier to fix if anything does happen..
Thank You for your help Zspeedcav n Manta Z. Now i get idea what i can doing now i prolly will selling my urethane drift skirts.
