take them off
open the headlights up
clean the lense and let everything dry completely
put back together with clear silicone

it probably wasnt sealed right the first time, hence why its fogging

I know you probably wouldnt wanna do it but... when my clear corner fogged up someone told me to drill a small hole in it and it will clear up and after a day or so it did and hasnt fogged since.

you can heat them up just a little bit if you want or you can just get a razor blade and cut the glue and use a hair dryer to soften the glue so you can pull it apart. if you bake them, you might ruin them by leaving them in too long or having it to high. i suggest using a hair dryer and a razor

yea but then water can get in. when you drill the hole it lets whatever moisture thats in there escape from that hole but it also lets things in.
