Plastic pieces behind bumper

ok guys, once again i am in search of some parts for my car, and you all have beena huge help so here goes:

First questions going to be, whats the actual name of those plastic pieces that are screwed onto the underside of the front bumper on the driver and passenger side, they are like little triangleish things.

Second, if say i bought the Rksport body kit, would i need those pieces?

Thirdly, I have a sunfire gt, 2.4,, and on the passenger side, under where the ecu would be, theres another plastice piece that screws into one of the aforementioned pieces and goes under where the ecu is and screws into the inner fender well (another plastic piece, i HATE F@#$%NG plastic) and has a wire that runs along it (other than that i dont see a real purpose for it,....) what is this piece?

Anywho, reason im asking is cause mine are shot, the wholes are all broke and they are hanging and im looking at changing them out, or if i dont need them, ripping them out, the metal clips for the screws are missing and i was going to buy all replacement pieces from a gm dealer nearby, so at the least im searching for names of these parts, at the best part numbers if u guys got them handy (dont go crazy), and again, if i wont need these pieces for the new bumper let me know and i'll save myself the hassle.

Thanks guys you are the best!

The thin black/dark gray plastic that 'lines' the inside of the fender well... it's in three pieces on each side.... one flat one by the axle and the washer tank (driver's side) or computer (passenger's side), one round one at the rear half of each wheel well... one curved then flat on the front half of the wheel well.

You described the wire running alongside it... that's the wiring for the front wheel sensors (ABS system). It's clipped to the wheel well liners, with little gray snaps.
