Is it possible to put a 00-02 rear bumper on a 95-99? And is it possible to put a 00-02 Trunk lid on a 95-99?

I have a '02 LS Sport rear bumper on my '98.. the only thing to look for are the 2 seperate panels under the taillights. '95-'99 are seperate while the '00-'02 are all one piece.
