matching the BC2 front? opinions???
Wednesday, October 04, 2006 12:27 PM
ok guys...i need some opinions....i know alot of people hate these posts, but they always help me think out my direction....sooooo................

im going with the BC2 front bumper......but i cant decide on the rest of the kit....

i was thinking type-J sides and rear, but with widebody thats gonna be tough to mold all in.. so then i thought type-j rear and drift sides, but im not sure i liek the drift sides, and still have the issue of moulding the urethane rear. so then i though BC2 rear and drift sides, but again with the drift..so i also thought about drift sides and rear, which once again...im not sure i like the drift pieces. basically i like the BC2 kit, just not the skirts. they dont seem drastic enough for the direction my car is headed.

anyone have any thoughts??? any help or opinions is much appreciated.

you're pretty limited in your choices since the bc2 front is so low. personally, i like your idea of going with drift sides and bc2 rear. you can also look into some of the skirts that are made for neons, i wanna say that they are very close to the same length as ours. someone made a post about it a while ago, i don't remember the outcome. you could always make your own skirts too

I agree with phewes. Just change up the sides of the WB some. The drift sides are about your only choice with the BC2 front and rear. With as low as they are. If I did different sides they would be the drift. HMM

molding uretheane sucks ass, i know a kid who tried and horribly failed. and he does some great body work. eazy personally i'd stick w/ a full glass kit, u got air so u don't need to worry about bottoming out on the @!#$ty buffalo roads

talk to either flip, fallen angel or big daddy about molding things. either should be able to help you. if no help there go to an auto body supply store and ask them the best thing to use
