Well today I made a little trek to
Glass-Tek in Naperville. Talked to them about some stuff for my car but I also talked to them about getting some new hoods made for the J-Bodies. They told me that if I could get 5 orders that we would be looking at about $400 or so a hood (depends on difficulty) plus shipping. So guys...post up what you want and we'll see what they say on them as far as cost.
My votes, for the 03+ cars of course, are....
1) TURBOSPORT style
2) STi style
3) 3 or 4 inch cowl

I dont need a new hood. But a cowl with spots for gauges in it would be awesome. I've seen it on civic's and it looks sick!

Unless EVERYONE buying the hood wants the eyelids we won't put them on. Sorry. Could be done afterwards though.

Good points... especially if its fiberglass, shouldn't be too hard to mold in....

Boltz: we are not going to copy a current aftermarket hood unless there is a huge demand for it. i would prefer to avoid more lawyers.
Kardain: Again...if you can get 5 people that want a hood with eyelids they'll make it that way. Otherwise just get a hood made that y'all like and add them later. You may want to reproportion that scoop. It's way too big in that picture.
