Ive got a 00 base model bumper w/o the fog inserts, can i buy those seperatly and put them in? or do i need the full bumper? Also could someone post pictures of 00 base model with a W-type?

You will need the full bumper. If you also want the lips to then you will also need to get the one made for it unless you want to cut holes in it later for them. Cost for me for the bumper without the lip is like 260 with my GM discount.
