just a quick question....what should I use to fix some blemishes in my fiberglass rear bumper and side skirts, could I use bondo or is there something else I should use. The spots are not that big at all. they are just pitted areas in the fiberglass. thanks for the help guys

how big?? really depends on the size of what you're trying to fill

maybe dime size if that.....some are very small, but I feel that if I used a glaze putty it would be to thick.....if that gives yuou an idea

well whatever you use you have to sand anyway. just get a small bottole of resin and hardner and just apply it to the area then sand it down.

they say 1/4" on body filler i dont even like going that thick. if the gouges is that deep go with some fiberglass. if its not that deep just some filler. save the glazing putty for pinholes.

glazing putty/icing is the thinnest stuff you can use really. (it's usually "runny", light, and is used as the final "body filler" before priming. Glazing putty gets little pinholes and such better than body filler (Bondo is a name brand, I'd recommend Evercoat before Bondo anyday).

If they're not deep but bigger than pinholes, a LIGHT coat of body filler, followed by some glazing putty to fill the pin holes.
