would a trunk lid of a 95-00 cavalier fit on a 02 cavalier.
is it as simple as bolt on and bolt off, or do i have to grind some stuff

It will work. The only diiference to the lid itself is between 2 and 4 doors. If you have a 2dr you need a 2dr lid and vice versa

on cavaliers 2 and 4 doors trunks are the exact same between years 95-02. )3 was the trunks that had the reflective piece going across the trunk

thats not right. any 95-05 trunk lid will fit any cav from 95-05 wheathers its a 2 door, 4 door or vert. also any cav trunk lid will fit any 4 door sunfire
shoot...... the 4 door lid on my cavy doesnt fit? damn it all, and to think, its been on there for 4 years......
