Hey guys I gotta blue 03 Cavi its the factory color I'm pretty sure you've seen the color before....... I was wondering how you guys think it would look if I ran two(or maybe one big stripe) white vinyl racing stripes all the way from the bottom of the front bumper to the bottom of the back bumper, I'd like to paint the stripes on but I don't have the money.... Well let me know what you guys think.... Thanks a lot

its not gonna look good but if you feel liek you HAVE to add gay vynal, get some of the stripes that came on the cavs, the limited edition ones or whatver they were, they had the stripes and sunfire sedan wing, it wont look good but thats the prolly the least stupid looking way to do it.

I learned that lesson, too, tho. lol I used to have vinyl graphics down the side of my old cav. Once I ripped them off, I never felt so much better.

on certain cars i dont like them, but when my dad has them on his car, i am not going to say they look bad....
they wrap up on the cowl hood and all, not on the roof of the car. just nose, hood, and trunk.

Well I was also wondering if anyone had time to do that photoshop thing I have no clue how to do it but if somone was just bored if you could put 2 white stripes on a blue 03+ cavi that would be awsome but I know ppl have lives and are busy but if ne1 that knows how to do that I would greatly appreciate it thanks

If you want them then I say go for it. I had racing stripes on my Sunfire and I really liked the look. It made it look different then other cars on the road.
graphics arent bad......if done tastefully and subtle ......DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have stripes on mine. i like how they look. it just makes it different than all the other cavs around here.

In case you're talking to my I'll tell you why I liked my stripes. It made my car stand out among all the other cars on the road, at least where I live. There were a few other yellow Sunfires, not a lot but a few. I had the only one with racing stripes on it. Family members would know when I was at a store or restaurant because they would see my car. Strangers would compliment me on my car. Yes, I would get compliments on my base Sunfire with 15" hubcaps. Little kids would stop and point like the Oscar Myer Weinermobile just drove by. When it comes to cars I like to stand out from the crowd a little bit.
I'm not a fan of any kind of stripes or vinyl.

Exactly.. i was asking why jbody honda eater likes them.. not you zero but u did basicaly say exactly what i expected.. "I wanted to stand out" There are plenty of other ways to stand out, Bodykits not your thing? fine.. nice hood.. or some wheels.. hell even if u just did maybe a exhaust or some taillights or headlights.. Saying i wanted to stand out there are far many better looking suggestions. Now i can already see a reply saying those things cost more.. well duh.. but hell for $25 or less i painted my stock Z rims.. and it changed the look alot more, looks better, and it stood out.
IMHO I think racing stripes are dumbest thing on prolly any car... now maybe some nice side graphics.. to me its hard to find any that look good.. there are a few i've seen pull em off tho.. Nothing crazy.. but just a simple side stripe or something.. Somewhat like how Ian Lacy's used to look like..
No offense to you guys who want/like em but i think they look dumb.. I dont understand the reason behind them.. But i guess not everyone has same taste which is understandble.. im just having a hard time finding the taste u have..
