sunfire headlights

yeah I know, i am new here and have done a search already but still not finding the answers I am looking for. I am trying to figure out how everyone is getting the lens clear. I know people are using plexi, but lexan is much better, and I am trying to figure out how people are getting the turn signals in the headlight its self... Can anyone elaborate? any info would be great!

Thanks
Archer

No. You have to change the housing to an internal reflector (similar to 00+ Cav's/03+ Sunfires) or a projector.

Piparo posted some pics of the clear lens w/ the stock housing. Light output was very poor.

The stock Sunfire lens for 95-02 focuses the beam so it isn't scattered.

hey there chris. yes sir, as kardain has mentioned (thank you rob), i do make them.
you may purchase them from here: http://izntrbl.vstore.ca/product_info.php/pName/9502-sunfire-clear-headlight-lenses/cName/clear-headlight-lenses
i would highly suggest you also mount some projectors since you already have the lenses off, and it will also help improve your light output. if you would like to purchase projectors too, i can make you a good deal so you wont pay retail. just hit me up through my site, and ill see what i can do for ya.

thanks rob and jason for helping out!!!

Thanks guys, Yeah the car was from pontiacsunfire.com Its a HOT car.. not bad at all for a sunfire.. Gonna get fire for that.. However, I still like those headlights. The projectors are great, so yeah if you offer them, then hell, aslong as they are partially legal in 3 or 4 states, Im game... I know some of ya'll were saying plexi was great, however with heat, plexi dis-colors, fades, and hazes pretty easy.. I was from the stratusphere.org, untill they changed the domain name, we used Lexan on our tail lights.. MUCH more durable.. last longer, and stays clear, same plastic thats on the new crystal clear headlights.. you can hit it with a hammer, and it just bounces off... I'll check out the post, but Im a poor white ex soldier... lol

so 100 for the lens, 250 for the headlights, additional 450 for the HID upgrade, 40 for the angel eyes, and another 100 for bulbs?

Thats $1000 for headlights. WOW! is that correct? or am i wrong? I mean its your business, And I have no clue how to do it, but wow...

Archer

Btw, Great looking job you have done. I was just thinking black housing, maybe a gunmetal or smoked gray... but hows the light output?
