I dont ask questions alot cause i search and find my answers but i could not find one for my situation. I bought a set of toyo mirrors and they came with the relay and switch. I went to wire them up but i decided to test them first by just running about a foot of wire to all the connections in my house. When all the connections were made i took everything outside already wired up and i connected the power wire and the ground wire. Now the problem is when connected everything worked except for when i tried closing the right mirror , i flipped the switch to the right and it adjusted the mirror but when i hit the button to close,it closed the left mirror. then i flipped the switch to the left and that side closed the left mirror also. for some reason it will adjust the mirror but will not close it. all the wiring is right i checked it a couple times. i followed the directions that were posted by trd so it should work. does anybody now what the problem might be cause im lost now.

i would say just recheck everything. im in electrical class at school and cant believe how many times people switch wires and think they are right. ive done it myself. sorry for not a straight forward answer but its worth a shot

well i know with my mirrors, it doesnt matter were the switch postition is, when you hit the button it will fold both mirrors, so there already i see a problem. like said above just check all your connections
