im looking at putting the bosch relays into my head light system so i can run higher wattage builbs do i need to water proof the area the relays sit in or can i mouth them out in the open in the engine bay

Keep them away from the water. I had my relay get wet on my hid harness once a while back and it blew causing my lights to turn on and drain my battery.
