i have a question and its bugging me because i really cant decide on what to do, so you guys be the judges. here is a pic of my car enclosed below and was wondering if i should do the widebody panels like i have pictured below. the thing is if i do it then i will fiberglass it to follow the lines of the body and bring the panel up farther instead of having it end so ubruptly like it does and have it round off and be smooth at the top of the fenders and quarter panel, like have it blend at the top into the seams between bodyparts
my car with the skirts im getting photoshopped on
here is a pic of the widebody panels
you guys be the judge
I say no to the widebody. I really don't think it will flow.
I love the look of your car in the pic! Do that and only that!
-Brandon
lol thats my 2nd gen in the pic
well...if u do decide to widebody, good luck getting the glass to mold to the urethane. it can be done but its tough as hell.
unless u werent gonna mold anything but the widebody, but that would look wierd IMO
i love how it looks just like the pic shown above!!
wait brandon? is that sideskirt chopped on from the pics i sent u? lol thats good color matching from black.. who did the chop? lol

keep it...widebody 'll be too much of a hassle for ur bumpers dude...
i'm doin the avenger sides right now and it take a lot of work...
stick w/ those sides and you're good..plus a sidebody woudlnt' flow w/ those sides cuz the widebody fenders would be wider then the side skirts of your car~
no
your car looks great without it
wouldn't flow with the kit anyway...
or mold easily to urethane-- if u wanted to mold it to your bumper
&why screw with a great-looking car to begin with-- molding, fiberglassing, sanding-- it's all a major pita
i like the sides.... as i really don't like avenger sides
hope they line up as well as they do in the picture though
hello bonnett, can you give a link to where you bought your axis reverb black wheels and yrated hankook k-106 tires
i want to get this setup for my car
would you think it would fit my cavy sedan 04?
please tell me where did u get them?
Dont touch it at all.
I went from an import to being part of the J-Body nation.
ok, you all just answered my question, i was sitting here looking at the pics of my car and i love the smooth lines as it is now with the avenger front, IF sides and w-type rear. no widebody for me. might decide to do it on the other cavalier im getting
bonnet why did u avoid my question , can u please tell where you bought your axis reverb black wheels and yrated hankook k-106 tires
i want to get this setup for my car
would you think it would fit my cavy sedan 04?
please tell me where did u get them?
please tell me website where u bought them because there are many versions for the 18 axis reverb backand i dont knowwhich is yours
as you can see here there are many different types of 18 axis reverb wheels tell which one is yours or which one wiil fit in my 04 cavy sedan with your tires
here it is :
your axis wheels are black or anthracite
i think my04 cavy has a 5*100 bolt pattern so i have 2 options
RV8855C35BK 18 8.5 35 5-100
RV8755C42BK 18 7.5 42 5-100
now tell me which one is the one you have, or which one should i use so it fits with 225/40/r18 y-rated hankook k-106
chek here are these the tires you have or not?
your tires
i woudl really appreciate if you could tell me since i saw this wheels on your car i fell in love thwy look so good
i usually dont like giving out info on the wheels, cuz there are only like 5 jbodies with them, i believe me being the first 2 years ago. i like being one of the only ones with them, but i have the 18x7.5 +42mm offset 5x100 bolt pattern. i know people still advertise them, but from what i heard they dont make the bolt pattern anymore, so idk
oh yea, what color is your car? if its not like black or yellow i dont think the gloss black reverbs would look too good. alo im not real sure on a 03-05 sedan, idk, just my opinion in trying to talk you into a diffferent wheel, lol
why not let other people find out about the wheels and maybe buyt them for their car, is not like your own the company axis just because you sported them first on a cavalier, we all have the right to use them if we want to, dont be like that
well thank you for telling exactly what the wheels are i can buy them now for my car, if you want to say the websites where you bought your wheels and tires, that would be very nice of you but if not no problem i can find them on the internet very easlily just like you saw me posting link to your wheels and tires, i know where to get them i just wanted to know what was the offset and bolt pattern
and yes my car is orange metallic but im also planning to get the evo cf hood and the drift kit i think it would look good thats my opinino and thats all that matters becuase at the end is my car and not yours
got my wheels from gravana and the tired i got from a good friend who owns a shop locally.
the only objection i have to giving out info on the wheels is because i dont want them played out like alot of other cavalier accessories and parts. i like having at least one thing unique about my car if u know what i mean

lol dont want the next konig unknowns? dear lord i hate those wheels
haha, oh well @!#$ happens i guess. i heard that they stopped making the reverbs in 5x100 bolt pattern, so i think their just selling remaining stock now. i hope thats the case, lol
