Hey all. I was thinking of putting on a set of fender flares for my Cavi. Yet I have the Type J body kit. I know it will take some minor cutting and trimming for the rear fenders, but what do you guys think? I've yet to see a J kit with flares. Is it possible, and do you think it'll look okay? Let me know..thanks!
where are you even finding flares? flares as in a widebody but not really? or flares as in universal flares you found on e-bay type stuff?

good luck finding flares for a J I ended up having to get custom ones made that will eventually be for sale but in the early stages yet. all the ones you will find on the net are universal and fit like ass I have a set in my garage that dont even come close to the lines on a J-body
^^^theres cheap plastic ones you can get on ebay. i bought a set last year. they fit perfect, but i just didnt like em so i sold em.

I agree that some one needs to do the flares right and we will buy them.....
the flares we are doing will be done right but wont be available till after i unveil my car if anyone really wants them pm me I'll try and get some pics
Yea, that is exactly what I was looking for, the only difference is they seemed to be wider and stick out of the car more. Basically the same thing as Jeremy's (looking great by the way man, the whole car). So do you think it'll look good, only white, and mabee I'll lose the door strike to make it flow more. We'll see tho.
