they up pretty easy and come down easy? or does it require a lil strength to move them up and down?

They go up pretty easy but require a bit of strength to get them down. It also depends on the weather (cold =easy down, easy up hot=very easy up, hard down). Fairly easy install, took about 4 hours (2 1/2 for the first door, 1 1/2 for the second) and wasn't too hard. You'll need to adjust them once their on which takes the most time and concentration so be prepared for some headaches.

dosen't sound to bad, I'm sure it can't be to awfully hard to move them down, but I may have someone help me install them cuz I'm not mechanically inclined at all lol.

the longest part of installing lambos is extending all the wiring to be honest.

I don't have power locks or windows so I should be good then?
Re: lambo

yeah all you will have to do is extend your speaker wires.

its easy to do

Re: lambo

in my buddies 01 we installed.. said u needed to extend wires.. we just pulled out the grommets for the wires and there was enough to were didnt need ot extend wires.

also when u guys are mentioning aligning.. if u leave the door on the car there is little to not aligning adjusting needed to get them to line up.. just have a friend relax and lean up against the door while u installed the hinges.

i think it took us bout 4hrs total MAYBE to do them, with 3-6 of us who had never done them, and one of the bolt studs for the hinges was bent from a previous accident so effing with that and bending that back took teh longest time.

btw for those of u having problems blowing struts there is a company that makes replacement shocks that work, i dont remember the site but my buddy jeff just got his new ones yesterday(should be installing today) so ill find out where he got em. im assuming there better anyway..

honestly...i think my lambos were easier to install than most of the stuff ive done, and i do ALL of my own work

i taped the door on, removed the fender, and swapped the stock hinges out for the lambo. thats it. bolt it all back up and done. no aligning needed. fit perfect, closed perfect. very very simple

curious how do you take the hinges off if the door is closed?? i have the mms doors and i have been hinking of selling them since everyone says that they never sit right..phil
Re: lambo

cuz at this point u should have the fender off which exposes everything. the stock hinges, the wires, everything

ill try and grab a pic tonight if i remember, as i still have 1 fender off

I also have the MMS kit, easy install had it for 2 yrs. I had the Decah kit before and it was a nightmare.

Not a bad install like they said. It took my dad and I a couple days, the hardest part was taking everything off to get to the hinges itself, then the wiring took forever like big poppa said. I had the doors adjusted perfect, until i got hit and had to get a new door, now its not lined up perfect ..its a pain now, but still looks cool

overall easy install man, not as hard as i was thinking.
