Yes, they are different in exterior shape... the mounting points are the same.
You will also need lights if the bumper linked above doesn't come with them...
yep, but you will need the splash shields not the fender liners. they run about $20/pc and BTW, GTs are a little lower than the SEs and have cutouts for the fog lights. if you have your original turn signal lights from your 99 GT they will fit into the 2000-2002 SE and GT bumpers(no modification)

Okay, so I'll need the splash shields... I still have my original round turn signals. Anything else I should know about?
nope, youre pretty much set. only thing Im not sure of is the front sidemarker lights, dont know if they'll fit the 2000+ bumper. They should fit, but Im not 100% certain. I went from a base '99 bumper to a 2000+ GT bumper, and the base '99 had the long rectangular turn signal lights.(one light per side as opposed to the seperate sidemarker and front turn signal lights found on the 95-99 GT and 2000-2002 SE and GT bumpers) so in the end if the sidemarker lights fit, after you get the splash shields youre good to go. hope I wasnt too confusing.
