ive been told that a pontiac gto front end will be a easy swap on to a sunfire just like it is for a cavfire and i was wondering if any one knew about this and if its true thanks

I've seen quite a few Goatfires as we call them. Direct swap.

The wheelbase is wider, hood longer and the angle is different, fenders different, etc... you would need to reshape/refab everything from the firewall forward to fit a J-Body... but as mentioned before, if you have $$$ to burn, go for it

it would look stupid beyond repair, but to each theyre own, guess it would look kinda widebody?

Yeah, when Holden designed the car they wanted to make sure the front end would fit a sunfire

Seriously though, whoever told you that is a retard. And if the guy was actually being serious, go kick him in the balls so he can never reproduce.
