The few people who have them seem to be very well pleased with them. i personally dont like the look of em.
as for making the headlights work.. if you would look at the top of exterior there is a sticky on it, itll tell u mostly everything u need, if u have any questions post em in there instead of making a new post..
you will need:
New Headlights and corners(which u showed)
New Fenders(also need to remove the 00 corner brackets)
New Bumper(which u said u had)
99 Wiring pigtails(need the 9005, 9006, and 194 pigtails out of a 99 cavalier wiring harness[junkyard should be able to give u the whole harness fairly cheap that u can cut the pigtails off and splice in])
small L brackets to help hold the 95-99 headlights in(if u need a set i got a set right here ill give ya if u pay shipping)
Actually thinking now, u might not need new fenders, because the headlights are on piece, the only thing on 95-99 fenders is the bracket to hold the corner lights, but those the corner lights are connected to the headlights. so i would think u wouldnt need new fenders so thatll save u some money for sure.

I was in there for an hour last night trying to understand how to do it and what was needed but it was mostly doing a 99 to a 02 swap not the other way, and the way he worded it, it was confusing to me, ill let you know about the L brackets though. and thanks btw
