What would you use to make a grill like that???
I've got one of those on my yellow 04 and it's HOT! installation was a bit of a trick..seeing as I didn't use a jack and i'm lowered 3 inches...but if you can get your hand behind your bumper ok..then it's easy..only took like 30 mins to do it right...adds a nice look the front too.

Couple questions on the grill
1) Are you cutting the grill out? or placing in front?
2) How is it mounted

it mounts in front of the existing grill piece...actually *TO* it using some S shaped brackets and and some threaded bolts...it holds on real nice..what I was saying before about it being a bit of a PIA is because you have to make sure the brackets line up and grab the grill correctly and stay that way until it's tight enough to hold itself.
