Anyone have their hood painted a different colour than the rest of their car? Excluding CF and just painted black hoods. I have seen a few in my travels and would like to see some pics. Thanks.
i put my c/f blister hood on last year and everyone thought it was painted silver and some people even liked it that way?!? see sig below.

the problem with having just a different color hood is that it looks like you got it from a salvage yard to replace a damaged hood, and didn't have the money to paint it body color. if the hood was tied into a two tone paint job on the rest of the car, it would look good... but by itself, it would just look out of place.
theres some cute girl on here with a pretty shweet lookin cav with a white hood....
Gel coat gray before painting.
Flames are duplicolor clear effex, just looks a little darker but in sunlight they sparkle.
Well a long this same line...Does any one know where to get a colored carbon fiber hood for a 03-05?
pick up a carbon fiber hood and have it painted in whatever color candy your looking for

i have seen it in red,blue,orange,yellow,green,blue, purple,pink,pretty much any coler you can name...used to see it all the time on speed boats
