As the title says, I was washing my car and the bucket started to blow away so i dropped the hose to get the bucket and aparently it hit the wheel and chipped them. I put a small amount of the paint in a can and use it to touch it up. What would be the best way to repair the wheel? Just scuff the area and paint the area and re clear or should I re spray the whole wheel?

Yah if your looking for perfection resand and paint it..if you just want it to be hidden just dab a little paint and clear on it..phil
I dabbed some paint on for now but it stands out worse then the chip did lol. I guess I'll just wait for it to warm up some then repaint it.

I had the same problem, and now I've got quite a few little touch-ups that clearly don't match the original color. It's definitely tricky to match, especially since I don't know of anybody that makes up touch-up paint batches for aftermarket wheels.
