Hard or soft? I would probably hand sand it off. Or just scuff it and paint over if its good paint.

Paint stripper in a spray can.. Thats what I used for my IF front.. Spray it on, let it set for like 2 mins and it will LITERALLY wipe right off..

Do not DA it. It will end up burning it and start to come apart. Just use paint stripper like he said ^ and it that doesn't get it all off hand sand it with like 220 or less.
