i was on ebay and i found these projector headlights for my 99 Z24

i asked my friend to order it for me because i dont have a credit card. it came in yesterday but it didnt come with the turn signals and on the add it clearly says that it comes with turn signals. so we immediatly emailed the guy and until now we didnt get a response. i didnt install the headlights or anything just incase we have to return it or something. but what i wanted to know is if anyone ever ordered these or something else from this person, and were you satisfied. or better yet does anyone know what else i can do? i really want to get what i paid for. thanks in advance for anyone that can help
Well you emailed him but did he get back to you. Just wait and see what he says. If he does not get back to you then file a claim through ebay and put a stop payment on the credit card or have them hold the payment on the credit card if they won't let you stop it.

In theory. With that seller's volume, that just means they pissed off a mere 17 people in the last month. It sounds like they may be a bit too big to count on consistant individual customer service.
