can anyone suggest a hoodscoop that will actually look decent on a stock 04 Sunfire hood. and my car is factory red, with tints, and soon to have black rims and black spolier (possible aluminum)...what do you think of doing a black hood scoop????????? or should i paint?
first of all, paint all the pieces body color.
second, please dont just get a stick on hood scoop. do it right and get a full fiberglass hood with a scoop. or if you want, get the stick on and fiberglass it in.
third, dont get an aluminum wing!

i would have the scoop molded in....
i love the way the black aluminum wing sits on the boomex 03-05 sunfire body kit, flat with the trunk, much more subtle looking...
and i think a black hood scoop with black rims and a black wing would have a cool look, kinda like a mustang mach 3

when most people come on here asking what hood scoop to get, most of them do not mold it in.
and no, imo aluminum wings never look good... this isnt F&F its real life. its also not my car so do whatever you want, just giving my 2% of a dollar.

if you get a hood scoop, get it painted the color of the car. the majority of the people have horrible taste when it comes to accenting colors. painting the hood scoop black would be one of them.
aluminum wing? in my opinion its a jbody not a rice rocket
