For those of u that have BC2...
Monday, April 23, 2007 7:54 PM
Im bout to purchase the buddy club 2 kit right after graduation and i was wondering about clearance issues? Im currently lowered on sportlines and i am afraid that the kit will be too low. Can anybody give me their opinion on if that will be a fine set up or do i need to shave a little bit off of the kit to have more ground clearance? Also if someone could tell me how low the side skirts sit, i would appreciate it. (like how many inches wide are they?.. i think they are 4 inches wide but want to make sure?)

there are quite a bit posts on the bc2 kit and a few on clearance.

i myself love the kit. im lowered on some no name coilovers. and its my daily driver. just watch pot holes and speed bumps.i cracked my front bumper from hitting a dip too hard.

also as this applies to any fiberglass kit, youll learn to get a feel of where you are able to drive only until you get the kit put on.
hope you enjoy the kit if you get it!.

very with the pro kit on agx's (1.5" drop) I sit about 5 inches off the ground on the skirts, the front and rear are a little lower. Just able to clear the speed bump at work.

Its extremely low. I dont have the pictures online anymore. But with sprint springs I can only get the toes of my shoes under the rear bumper. Even then its rubbing

I cracked a few times w/ stock suspension. But yeah if you're lowered, you must drive very carefully.

Rednine is right the front isnt to bad but the rear is really low. The fronts tricky if you have the splitter though
