I'm looking at buying the 95-02 streetfire rear. My question is

What are you people doing about backup lights? Since the 00-02 fire have them in the rear bumper, can you move them up beside the license plate like 95-99? I checked under my trunk lid to find no wiring there for it as far as I can see. I thought that all I would have to do is buy the clear lenses for beside the license plate.

I searched and searched the site to find no results. Any help would be appriciated.

you'd have to swap on a trunk panel (the plastic piece) from a 95-99 and run the wiring up to it.

Or be creative and add your own ?? Makes for being different I suppose.

Or ditch em.

I guess i would have to do the same thing if I was to do a 03 rear end conversion.

wire some slim white LEDs into the streetfire rear, that way you'd hardly see them unless they were on
