I haven't looked at a sunfire in a while, but I had a somewhat simalar look on my 01 Grand am. All I did was take the grill peices out. 2 torx screws on each side IIRC.
You can't. You'll have to make them. I've been planning to try making a set for mine, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
