well, not sure how to remove, but my window guy came and took my windows out a few days ago, and he said 8 out of 10 of those c-pilars break when trying to remove them. and taking the rear qp windows out is a PITA, even for a skilled professional.

took 10 mins to remove front window, rear window and driver/pass windows. took 20 to remove the rear qp windows. they have wierd tabs that secure them and globs upon globs of urethane sealant which is real tough to get thru

when i was pulling apart cars that was the number 1 hated part to pull. back windows aren't too bad. but 1/4 windows are really nasty. usually 1 in 4 was broken when we tried to pull it.

defiantly try pulling a few at a junk yard first, that way you get a feel for how they come out.
