When it rains...it pours!!!

I have a 96 Z 2 door. My drivers door has taken to leaking really bad from the A pillar to the B pillar, does not leak to bad when it rains but gets on the shoulder support on my seat but when i wash my car and it has a constant stream of water for a few seconds i get a puddle of water in my drivers seat. I looked at the seal and its not ripped and does not have any holes...is this just an alignment problem. Thanks guys

try opening the window all the way brace your self and pull the upper end of the door in . not to were it's noticeable. all you are trying to do its give it the milimeter it needs to seal.

another way to do is to put a short 2x4 vertically in bottom door jamb, and rest the door against the 2x4. once door is resting against the board, push lightly on top of window frame with window down. you can use a dollar bill to close in the top of the door to check the seal. close the door , and check to see the pressure to pull out the bill. it should be hard to pull it out. then water test it. repeat as necessary. only adjust a little at a time. or you can get some strip sealer and put between the seal and the body of the car. thats the easy way. hope this helps.
