Is the rear panel on a 05 Cavi separable? I am looking into putting a LED bar or rope to light up as a 3rd brake light. I look at it, and it looks hollow, but it also look fused together and not glued
not positive, but why not just drill holes in thru the back and mount lights that way?
Rear panel Is seperable, I just red a thread about it, because i wanted to replace my lights in the rear (I have an 03)
It DOES, however leave i think 6 holes in the rear trunk ( im assuming you're talking about the trunk, between the beake/reverse lights, if i'm wrong, ignore me... thats what most people do lol)
ill try to find the thread... lemme see...
about half way down...

Not what I am talking about, but thank you for your help. I am talking about removing the panel, then separating it so I can mount a row of lights for brake lights
are you asking if you can separate the actual tail light pieces from the gross red piece in the middle that connects them? if so, then no its not separable. you might be able to dremel it apart but otherwise, you'd have to get new tail lights.
Check out my build thread!
