dont do it unless you buy it from auto lock, your trunk will leak and the lock on the trunk tends to break. the design on ebay works for several cars but the hinges on there cars are on the outside inner layer of the trunk where ares are in the inside of the inner lip of the trunk

not true i bought all my stuff from a hardware store....never leaked...never broken you just have to be real careful bout the measurements and stuff more work than it is worth in my opinion i turned mine back to stock long ago

It looks great at shows, but that's all it does really. I hated it to be honest.

-my $0.02 is:

Do not buy this kit, i was a fool enough to pick one up from ebay and the hinges do not hold up our heavy a$$ trunks. The hinges on theses kits are very weak and they just warp then you have issues like leaking and tearing up your trunk, im still in the procces of fixing the leaks and making it align correctly but thats partly because im anal about stuff like that.

Yeah, I bought one too a few months ago. Me and a bunch of friends worked on it to put it in, and it turned out crappy. There was like a 1 inch gap at the back on the trunk by the rear windshield. We weren't sure what to do with it, so i just put it back to normal. Now I just have a swiss-cheese trunk lid...very bad.
