Bumper and Fender Problems
Wednesday, June 27, 2007 4:10 PM
Ok so I am having some problems with my new fenders and new bumper. I Got the F-1 fenders from aerogear, and the blitz front bumper from ED( Fiberglass is not the way to go its a bitch to work with), Its a 97 cavy and the only thing I can think of is that my intercooler pipes are getting the way. (PICS TO COME). Can I get some advice on doing this myself, how much modding am I looking at. I'm trying to do this myself so I can save on some money, but damn didn't expect all this trouble. I got much love and respect for body shop guys now.

Eat my cock you wanna be ricers.

if you know your intercooler pipes are hitting then mark and trim the bumper where they are hitting

Actually fiberglass isn't hard at all to work with but you should've waited and posted some pictures first. Now all anyone can tell you is trim what you need to make it fit.

What about body shop gals huh?? Where's the love for the body shop gals eh?!?! LOL

But yeah... we're going to need to see some pics of what you're talkin about. I'll help ya out if next time you see someone come on here actin like all body work/paint is so easy a monkey can do it.. you tell them it's not!! (just playin about the last part... unless you'd like to testify.. then that's cool too LOL) There's more to body/paint work then most people think. From what you're describing... it sounds like it's going to be a PITA so prepare yourself
