Well double posting isn't going to get help any faster. From the pic it looks good, keyword looks. Have him take somemore pics of the underside, corners, mounting points for latch and hinges, and if there are any blemishes tell him to take pics of that.
Also it says that you have to pic it up, I was kinda thrown off by the shipping box wouldn't want it to arrive at my house with shipping material from that.
Personally I'd stay away from a private seller, and move toward a company who sells on ebay, they really have more to lose. Remember like everything else you get what you pay for. So if it is cheap it's you'll know it.

if its truely local pickup and you are close...why not go look at it and see if its quality?
Its 8 hours away but To me it would be worth it to pick it up. I really think I should wait and spend the cash on more prominent mods right now.
