so, i went in to a buddy of mines car dealership to buy my wife a new car and walked out with a new car and a free bodykit.
just wish the front bumper would fit my car, the front bumper is for a 00-02 cav and i have a 98 but i can do some fiberglass work on it to get it too fit. i know that the front bumper is a drift bumper and i think the sideskirts are bomex but i dont know what the rear bumper is, any help would be greatly appriciated.

the front bumper isnt a drift its a Type J and should be urethane not fiberglass....an i dunno about the rest....

paul, the kit is fiberglass and that is what made me think it was drift cus the type j came in only the urethane, but i guess you all know best.

thats wierd it looks exactly like a type J , and yea type j only came urethane...no idea.....

paul you are right it is a type J but it is a fiberglass version. i just went a checked it out. also i did a little more research, and i think the rear bumper is a buddy club, well thats my guess.

downlinx i think you are correct about the rear. but, they never made a type j in fiberglass. so if it is you are one lucky man if it fits good.

all you need to buy is 00 headlights. and to break the bracket that holds on your signal light.

well, that's two knock off type j fronts i've seen in fiberglass now... odd, i wonder who's making them.

there's a company on ebay that sells the type j rear in fiberglass. maybe they've finally got the front now. i'll see if i can find them.

this is crazy 2 fg type j's in a week and none of us even knew they made them in fg. you think we would have found out before they made them

i talked to the dealerships owner and he said that it has been there for over six months, wonder why now they are just popping up?

that is NOT a cavi buddy club 2 rear bumper, similar but no.

na, its BC1 rear isnt it, at least thats what i thought though?

Ya no one said it was the BC2 rear they said the BC or BC1 and it is 100% the BC1 rear.
