When I purchased a used carbon fiber hood I also bought a Dynamat hood liner for it. I didn't use the carbon hood but went with a fiberglass Class Glass turbo sport hood. Should I use the hoodliner on the hood? It states that it reduces engine noise, protects paint, etc...
Does this product really do all that and should I put it on the fiberglass hood? Anyone have one of these or personal experiences?
ADDS WEIGHT!
maybe noise outside of car, and could in theory protect paint if your engine gets that hot.
chuck it..waste of time and money..and weight
