So i got some aftermarket fenders off someone and i was wondering....they dont seem to fit the same as the stock, with the hood...is this normal for them to be a little off?

yes its very common for things such as body kits and fenders to not line up. you see it worse in fenders then body kits. you'll have to keep adjusting it. it might not fit perfect but you could probably come close
i had to slot the holes to get mine to fit good.
Is there a gap between the hood and fenders?
Do what Magik said above. Slot the mounting holes, and when you bolt the fender in place, push it in a little and tigthen...this will help eliminate the gap between the hood and fenders now.
Try that and see how it works...it worked on mine 3 years ago and helped line things up nicely.
