do the make any for J's and where i can get one, i made a temporary move to a bad neighborhood and had a problem when i start the car lately, lots of sputter, wondering if some punk kids did somethin in the middle of the night after yellin at them to get away from my car.

uhh you cant syphon gas out of almost all cars that are even somewhat new. they have a screen blocking it from happening.
to the OP. not for a J at least that i know of. i dont think it would be hard at all to get one from a different car and put it on a J
you can go to any autoparts store and pick up a locking gas cap (requires a key to open it) for cheap

IIRC they made them on older sunbirds.. I had a friend whose sunbird had some kind of rig like that.
