how do i remove the windows in my 97 sunfire without breaking them?
what side windows? the door windows or the 1/4 panel windows?
im going to guess quarters
Or do you mean the driver's window?
a long blade and lots of patience
and the side windows? the driver and passenger door windows.
surprisingly this is a very hard thing to find information on.
Good luck, I've heard the 1/4 windows are very hard to remove without breaking. Doors are easy enough, pull the door panel, roll down the window enough to see the bolts holding to the regulator, remove bolts, roll window back up some, remove.
yea the door windows are simple. if you do like greg said and pull off the door panel and roll the window down, there are holes in the door frame and you can see a nut on each side of the window. remove the nut from the retainer and the window just pulls out.
