What is under them ... I want to remove them but dont know if they are painted the original color of car or if they would leave holes.... are they stuck on???
side bumper? do you mean side skirts? if thats what you mean, then yeah most of them should be the stock color underneath. whether or not they will leave holes depends on your year/make/model. post pics or give us some more info
