it seems to be to wide for the car, it wrinkles along the top shelf right below the trunk, and how do you load photos cause i have photos that would help.
thats a common problem with the type j rear bumper. the simple solution is to make some L-brackets and attach those below the top edge of the bumper to smooth things out.
there are numerous posts on this topic. please search next time.
as for loading photos, please visit the newbies forum and read the sticky at the top of the page

Umm, no. You have to upload it...try www.imageshack.us....
Why didnt you fix that before you painted it? Not much of a test fitter aye?
L brackets on the impact bumper will fix it
Hmmmm....that seems to be a little to much to me?
L-brackets would be a help but dang...that seems to be too much "wave" from the previous rears I've seen?
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
my J type dont do that

I'm back from the dead.
Currently Driving: RSX Type-S.
My Cavalier Burnt up :-(
is it the official, urethane type j from RKS? or is it the fiberglass replica version that has been making its way around recently...?
i took the bumper off, and had a bracket of metal screwed into it from underneath, filled it in and painted it... worked for me.
cavie freak- i wish i could buy your car... its basically everything i wanted done on mine, but finished, and your paint job probably isnt screwed up.
why are you selling? and when are you leaving? how much are you trying to get for it? - pm me, im not tryin to thread jack
i didnt do any of the fitting of the kit at all, the body shop did it, they said that theve never seen a rubber kit before, and theyve been doing body for over 25 years
ITS FREAKEN URATHANE, they also didnt pay attention to details, when they painted it, so rk sport said to put silicon under it and press it over night and it should come out flat, flat my ass!!
since thats what rk sport wants to do im thinking about screwing a long flat piece of metal on top of the bumper asorber, then press it down
