I am looking to mold/swap in the tail lights off the cobalt coupe trunk to my cavy trunk this winter. I think they will compliment my 2k toyo outers nicely.

The rear twist beam looks strangely similar to a second gen axle.

no J ever came with the 2.4 eco. we had the 2.4 twin came...completely different engine, just had the same displacement.
im sure there are a few other things that the Js and Ds share, but they are nothing that you would want to swap...just like basic components or electrical, etc.

you can lose the "atm". there will never be another J-body again. (unless they reuse the J designation down the road for a different platform).

yes the cobalt is
"supposed" to be nothing like the J's.... but honestly, when im driving in my cobalt... it feels just like my cavalier, just a little less rattles

im pretty sure most of the time you take one part of a car and put it onto a different car, chances are custom work will be required...(except for the sunfire and cav with some exceptions of course).
