I'm down to two choices as far as hoods go for my car.......
Choice #1 : Soundspeed Sports Ram Air...
Choice #2 : Custom one-off Turbosport ......
Now to make the custom turbo sport hood, ill be making a fiberglass copy of the scoop and custom grafting it and making it functional on the stock hood.... the pic above is my cavy turbo sport laying on the car...... (now dont tell me to get the one class glass makes, cause i dont like it)
heres the most current pic of my car......
all opinions and comments welcome...... i'm just looking to see what others think
i really like the SS hood. im not sure if i like it better than the RK hood....but i do think itll look better than the cut up turbo sport hood.

I wont be cutting up that hood.... id just be making a copy of the scoop itself and custom grafting it to the stock fire hood and making it functional. The cavy hood is far to different for me to have the balls to cut up such a nice hood.
i vote for the turbo sport
I like it as is...clean and mean.
turbo sport hood for sure, why is the car primer if you havent done anything to yet just curious

how you do it is less important than the final product. i just think the RK and SS hoods look too bad ass on a sunfire (esp with that RK front) to NOT do it, ya know? i mean almost every style of car has a turbo sport type of hood, but the sunfire ram air hoods are still pretty different looking for the tuner crowd.
Well the car is actually a cavalier.... it has a sunfire front on it...... thing is.... the sunfire the parts came off of was pink
so yeah.... i primered the pink stuff...... plus thats the aftermarket front from rksport
then the entire passenger side is in primer because the previous owner sideswiped something and i had to fix the door and rear quarter
the trunklid will be in primer eventually when i mold the spoiler, and the same with the rear bumper when i get the w-type lip and mold it in

understandable..... i canceled out the rksport ram air hood basically because its the most popular.... im trying to steer away from making a typical cookie cutter cavfire.... but it is a great looking hood
sound speed all the way, that $h!t looks mean!!

i feel ya there. why not try something like the scoote hood? with the front middle vent covered i think it would make for a kick ass looking hood. and with eyelids? hell yeah!
Turbo Sport, w/ Evil Eyes!!!!!!!!!!

joe schulte's hood. glass over that front vent and leave the side scoops and itll look like pure sex
Thats a sweet photoshop
as far as the scoote hood.... thats interesting.... but i cant find anything on it for the sunfire, just the cavy

i dont think they make it for the fires....which is one reason i was encouraging it. i dont see why you couldnt find
someone like this with a cavy hood, get it, make a mold like you were planning for the turbo sport hood, graft it onto the stock hood, then sell the scoote hood and make your $ back. just an idea.
dont get me wrong. i dont think the TS hood will look bad at all, esp after seeing that PS. just trying to help out with ideas you might not hear normally, thats all. i know youve got the skills to pull off whatever you try
