I have tried searching a few times and all I get is how to shut them off
On my 96fire, I would like to get them working again for the cert.
It was a family car before I got it, so nothing was cut to shut them off.
I have tried a different relay (from a wreaked car) and still did not work.
Both High and Low Beams are working.
The Green Light in the Cluster is flashing.
Could it be the cluster that has a problem? or maybe a bad ground? (if this, why would the main lights still be working correctly?)
Is there anything else it could be?
