Hi guys.

I have a black Sunfire 4dr sedan (1995) and it should be painted after some bodywork is done. But the question is whats the Paint code of my car ? Does anyone can tell the Code of Black Body color GM used to paint Sunfires in 1995?

Searched through forum and found out that it is on the spare wheel cover but my car hasn't original spare wheel cover so I am in trouble now. I need this code to provide it to body-shop for exact match to original body color.
Please give some info.

There are stickers on drivers door, but...it is tire pressure, tire size and some safety information only

Go to a dealer.
If they're nice enough, they have a book and can look up the paint codes via year and body, which'd be J.
It all depends on the dealer.

I live in Europe and GM dealership is covering only Chrysler and Jeep cars here (and surely Ford, Opel, Chevrolet (Daewoo) and some other brands). Pontiacs aren't so common here.
Well, if any owner of Black Sunfire could just look in their trunk under that spare wheel cover to see the code and tell me, that would be great.
