what up guys i have a question. in may i bought a carbon fiber hood from vis and i had noticed that it had a few bumps on it. little ones. so i was like what ever. but now the hood is completely covered in them. now all of these hoods dont come with a warranty so can i fix this. you know how the weave is crossed and over laps each other, well on each over lap of the weave thats where the clear coat has a little lump and it looks like its cracking. what do i do? now i havent done anything to the hood that would cause this and i know my engine doesnt get that hot either all i got in there is the rk sport intake, so what can i do? should i bitch at vis.

Any pictures of these "bumps"? I bought my VIS hood back in March and I haven't had any problems with mine.

instead of "bitching" at VIS, perhaps you can try asking them if there is anything they can recommend doing. ask politely and perhaps things will work out in your favor.
